I provide Mental Health and Emotional Support Services to males. My identified clients are the Male clients, but I am willing to work with all other persons that are important and meaningful in this person's life.
My work is to support males' emotional growth, mental stability, and personal development. My goal is to uplift boys, adolescent males, and men. Help these males to explore their humanities and abilities to be HEALTHY BOYS, HEALTHY MEN, HEALTHY PARTNERS, HEALTHY HUSBANDS, HEALTHY FATHERS, to be happy, successful human beings, and to help in Creating HEALTHY families and HEALTHY communities.
I also provide LIFE COACHING for men: You are at a loss in your life, in your career, in your business, in your relationship with your partner, your spouse, your family, and more, I can help you and support you to bring changes in your life.

With over 25 years of experience in social work and nearly 15 years in mental health counseling, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to every session. I take a great deal of pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions.
I promote a collaborative approach that focuses on helping you build practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools you need to effectively manage symptoms and improve your overall well-being. With the right support, meaningful changes are possible.

Living ain't easy, and these times are particularly intense. If it feels you need compassionate attention for what's bothering you, I can provide that support. I believe we each have all we need for our growth and understanding, but don’t always have the time or space to touch into our resources. I bring an open, person-centered approach to exploring your inner world while helping you find what's within you that can bring resolution. I have experience working w/ adults & youth and have worked with those experiencing depression, anxiety, substance addictions, trauma, relationship troubles, and parenting concerns.

I bring an eclectic, experiential approach that allows you to be a mirror to yourself. My own experience has taught me that awareness is the basis for all change. This conviction guides my practice; I seek approaches that will turn you toward your inner experience to find the truths that are most important for your growth.

Many of the individuals and couples I work with are used to carrying pressure—high responsibility, stress, and relationships strained by anxiety, trauma, or communication breakdowns. First responders, veterans, and adults in demanding roles often seek therapy to feel steadier, think more clearly, and reconnect in their relationships. Our work focuses on understanding patterns, improving communication, and building emotional regulation that holds up outside the therapy room. Couples learn to break conflict cycles, rebuild trust, and stay connected even during stress.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, but above all practical. Sessions balance insight with tools you can actually use, helping you feel more grounded in yourself and more secure in your relationships.
